In 1976 I helped start a small business making wood wedding albums with my wife and parents. We were all partners in the new venture, and made good quality albums from American Ash and Walnut which were sold through photography studios. I'd always dreamed of making albums from rare, exotic hardwoods and in 1986 a Gallery/Gift shop in Eugene persuaded me to make some for them. Sales were good, and soon Galleries and Gift Shops accounted for most of our sales. In 2003 we purchased an engraver to personalize our albums. We quickly found it was ideal for a number of products you'll find on our site - including personalized wedding albums! I manage the shop and do most of the hands on woodworking. My wife, Linda handles the books and orders in. Our four older children have all worked in our shop and Teresa continues to, part time, and our youngest, Katrina is helping out now also. My father, Richard, is a part owner, but is retired from his own photography business. Mom has gone on ahead. Thanks for your interest in our albums. For over twenty-eight years our whole family has worked hard to make one of the finest albums on the market, and still considers American craftsmanship to be a worthwhile virtue. Below are posted pictures of us like the ones we've included in our newsletters over these last 28 years. We'll update and change them occasionally as we continue to grow up (or old), get married, have children (or grandchildren), etc.
